New Metal Releases January 30th 2026
Circular Ruin - Shine - Nödtveidt - Paganizer - Pillar Amongst Willows - Fetish Totem - Eximperitus - Møl - Skulld - South of Hell - Qasu - And More...
Picking up a little more with 51 releases this week. The Tjaktjadálvve album at the top of my list last week is actually out today so that will be my first listen today. Pretty good mix of subgenres this week with plenty of black and death metal and a funeral doom album from Lone Wanderer.
Stand outs this week:
Circular Ruin - Debut album from Swedish blackened death metal band. The two singles they have release sound great.
Shine - Debut album from blackened death metal band out of Poland. “Shine are the newest brainchild of Hazael’s Tomasz Dobrzeniecki, inspired by the likes of Emperor, Bathory, Morbid Angel, Entombed and Dismember, Dobrzeniecki’s new outfit channels that lineage into something raw, relentless, and unmistakably its own.”
Nödtveidt - First EP from this band after two full length albums. Solo project out of Bulgaria paying homage to the sound and legacy of Jon Nödtveidt from Dissection. The full album is available to stream on Bandcamp now.
