Finishing up November with another fairly big release week with 60. I’m still working on my year end list, which should be out in a couple weeks, but there are so many releases I’m trying to keep up with too.
Stand outs this week:
Blut Aus Nord - Sixteenth album from French atmospheric black metal band. In 30 years and 16 albums, they have experimented with different elements in their music. Their second album, Memoria Vetusta I: Fathers of the Icy Age, is one of my all time favorite black metal albums and this one sounds super promising.
Unviâr - Debut album from Italian atmospheric black metal band. This band is an ode to their homeland and its people.
Avdagata - Second album from melodic blackened death metal band out of Sweden.
